The Beaver Borough Zoning Hearing Board will meet on February 13, 2023 at 7:00 PM at the Beaver Borough Municipal Building located at 469 Third Street, Beaver, PA 15009 for reorganization purposes. Immediately following the re-organization, a meeting will commence to hear the following:
- Request from Rosemary Macuga Thellman for a variance from Zoning Ordinance section 801.A to use the first-floor right unit located at 334 Insurance Street in the RC-2 zoning district as retail use (greeting cards and art/gifts).
- Request from William Hapach, Jr. for a variance from Zoning Ordinance section 401.Ato use a detached garage with attached porch as principal permitted use at 1509 Corporation Street in the R-1 zoning district.
- Request from Third Street Renaissance, LP for variances from Zoning Ordinance sections 1601.H.6.b.i (for building signs for 2nd floor tenants in RC-1 zoning district and for 2 signs per business) and from 1601.H.7.h (for free-standing ground sign in RC-2 zoning district) regarding the property located at 525 Third Street and associated rear parking lot along Corporation Street.
