Shade Tree Commission meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Due to ongoing construction at the Municipal Building, all public meetings will be held at the Beaver Borough Pool House Civic Center 700 Buffalo Street, Beaver, PA 15009, until further notice.

The Historical Architectural Review Board (HARB) meets the first and third Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Originally scheduled to meet in the Community Room of the Beaver Borough Municipal Building, this meeting will instead be held at the Beaver Borough Pool House Civic Center located at 700 Buffalo Street, Beaver, PA 15009.
