PennDot has notified Beaver Borough that the intersection of 5th Street and Market Street (the bottom of Dutch Ridge Road), will be changed from a 2-way stop to a 4-way stop. Stop signs have been installed requiring vehicles traveling north up Market Street/Dutch Ridge Road (towards Heritage Valley Hospital) and south down Dutch Ridge Road (from the hospital towards downtown Beaver) to stop at the intersection of 5th Street.
