Legal Notice
The Beaver Borough Zoning Hearing Board will meet on March 11, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Beaver Borough Municipal Building located at 469 Third Street, Beaver, PA 15009. The meeting is scheduled to hear the following:
- Request from Brkich Way, LLC/King & Huffines: Attorneys at Law to use the building located at 250 College Avenue in the R-1 zoning district as a law firm and title company. The first floor of the building has been vacant for a few months. Prior to the vacancy, the first floor was used as a legal nonconforming medical office. The second floor of the building is currently used as a legal nonconforming title insurance company. Zoning ordinance section 1707.1.B.1.e states “A non-conforming use may be changed to a second non-conforming use provided that an application for the second use is filed with the Zoning Hearing Board and the Board finds that the proposed use is more compatible, in terms of noise, lighting, traffic, environmental and other impacts, with the uses permitted in the zoning district than the preceding nonconforming use.” The application for the second non-conforming use was filed.
