Beaver has a diverse and concentrated mix of historically significant architecture representing many popular styles prevalent during 19th century including Federal, Greek Revival, French Second Empire, Queen Anne, Arts and Crafts, Italianate, Colonial Revival, Dutch Colonial Revival, Art Deco, Tudor Revival, Late Gothic Revival, Bungalow, and American Foursquare. No particular style is dominant in any one part of town. In addition to a wide variety of housing types, Beaver’s has housing value, in both “more house for the dollar” and lower local real estate taxes.
