Pay Yard Waste Permit

Renew your Beaver Borough Yard Waste Permit

The Beaver Borough residential Yard Waste Area will close for the season on December 30, 2025. The last day to access the yard waste area will be Monday, December 29, 2025.

The Yard Waste Area will reopen for the 2026 season on March 1, 2026.

Key Card Reminder:

  • This area requires a valid yard waste permit and key card and is for Beaver Borough residential use only.
  • If you currently have a key card, please keep it. Once your 2026 permit fee is paid, your existing key card will be reactivated when the site reopens on March 1, 2026.
  • There is a fee to reissue lost key cards, so be sure to hold on to yours.

Paper & Cardboard Recycling:

  • The paper and cardboard recycling bins located outside of the yard waste area are available for Beaver Borough residents year-round.
  • No permit is required to use these recycling bins.

Permit Renewal:

  • Yard waste permits for 2026 can be renewed online, but access will not be activated until March 1, 2026.

Only residents that have a yard waste card can renew online. If you do not have a yard waste card, please call 724-773-6700 or visit the office located at 469 3rd Street.

Fee: $30.00 to renew Yard Waste Permitsthere is no additional fee to renew online

To renew your yard waste permit, you will need to enter the last 5 digits of your card number. Entering these incorrectly will result in a delay in activating your card. 

 

Your card will automatically activate on or before March 1st after payment has been made and weather permitting.

Yard Waste Notice
This permit is for Beaver Borough residents ONLY. Your gate card will only work from 7am to 9pm, 7 days a week. Yard waste is defined as grass, grass clippings, leaves, clippings from shrubs and other plants. No garbage or plastic bags. No commercial dumping is permitted. Dumping without a permit or dumping items other than those permitted will be prosecuted as illegal dumping. This site is monitored. Your permit is non-transferrable.

New Residents / Lost Cards
If you have not purchased our new plastic yard waste card or have lost your card, please stop by the borough office to get your permanent yard waste card. You must be a resident of Beaver Borough and show proof of residency.
